Community Pop-Up Events Sponsorship Form

Experience Touchstone by the Falls! Touchstone, a nationally-recognized nonprofit with a 53-year history, is creating a space for art in Ohiopyle, PA - a city where an average of 1.2 million people visit per year. This initiative will transform the former Falls City Church into a year-round arts and retail hub, fostering economic growth and providing creative entrepreneurs with a sustainable marketplace. Located in the heart of downtown Ohiopyle, this expansion will increase visibility and accessibility for artists and visitors, while strengthening the regional creative economy. In 2026, we'll be settled into our additional location and will offer arts experiences, events, hands-on workshops, and a gallery for the community and its visitors. During the 2025 season, we're excited to begin introducing ourselves to the area by offering monthly pop-up events on select Saturdays (see dates below) through October. Admission is FREE, and the site will be open to locals and visitors of all ages for fun, creative experiences, including artist demonstrations, hands-on activities, and artist tent shops. Attendees will also be able to see the evolution and display of the Fayette County Liberty Bell project that Touchstone artists are creating as part of the America250PA "Bells Across PA" statewide installation project. We can't wait to see you there!

Sponsors make it possible to provide these events for the community, free of charge. Your support also helps us to survey the public during these events to gather insight on what types of programming and outreach opportunities are wanted at this location. Sponsorships can be made for one specific pop-up event date for $100 or begin at $250 to include sponsorship for all scheduled pop-up event dates noted below. Sponsorships will be accepted throughout the season from businesses, organizations, and individuals; however, only those received by XXXXX will be guaranteed placement on event signage. Please make your commitment as soon as possible by completing the form below and submitting payment. If you prefer to submit a check made payable to Touchstone Center for Crafts, mail it to the attention of Stefanie Glover at 1049 Wharton Furnace Road, Farmington, PA, 15445, and be sure to include your full contact information along with how you would like your sponsorship acknowledged.
